That makes things more complicated (though I do like the idea). Karen, do what you want. It is not that big of a deal. If I find a change after the bot has completed its daily post, I will tell the forum.

I usually find out about website changes about 6 minutes (avg) after they occur. People can be better than bots. I think I will know before the bot does.
Though I only speak for myself.

I'll change it to a 2 hour limit. Given that I check in pretty frequently, it shouldn't have time to be too spammy

Thanks for the work on this Karen, definitely don't overextend yourself.

I think once or twice a day should be sufficient. If its twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon or something.

Also I don't know if it would be possible to get the bot to ignore HTML code and only post text. We could tell from the text what was changed
