Update! Huai Yi Wang (Founder and Chairman of Jonway Group) has replaced his son Alex as a director on the BOD of ZAP Jonway. Since Jonway Group owns the assets of Aptera and Rick Deringer has stated numerous times that he is working with Jonway, not ZAP Jonway, the lines have now become even blurrier,imo.

Well he is definitely a ZAP shareholder. Rick recently reached a settlement agreement for $150,000 in cash and stock as reported in the North Bay Business Journal.
