Has everyone gotten their money back from Aptera

I received my 2e/111 and 2h/2135 checks about 6 weeks apart after the Refund email. The 2e showed up the next day, and the 2h took a while. Both were received weeks before the BK.

It appears that I'm being screwed out of my deposit too. Does anyone have any idea if there's anything left to try? Any idea as to how many people got screwed out of our deposits?

I got mine back, but if I had not, I would write a letter to Wells Fargo and include evidence of the original credit card charge, your reservation numbers (original and updated) and require a signature on letter delivery.

I think the issue right now might be with the bankruptcy proceedings. Although this money was held in trust, it might be part of the overall liquidation. As the bankruptcy pans out, the money should be disbursed back to you.

Also, you could contact Wells Fargo Merchant Services to see about the refund. Their customer support number is on the Wells website.

I guess I have lost my $500 deposit. This is no way to get ahold of Aperta except to post on their Facebook page....of which they haven't responded since closing their doors.

I'm trying to organize an effort to get these deposits refunded. I have made some progress contacting Wells Fargo and the company which now is responsible for the refunds. I know of 4 people at this time who have no received their refund. I know there must be more.

There is a thread that has been created to gather all the names in one place. So far it seems your list is longer than the current list, but it would be nice to merge them.
