When I first saw this I thought it was a joke but then Tricia said it looked legit. If true then I said to my self - Good Grief! Many Junior High school students could do way better than that. Apparently 14-year-old Sam Chapman-Hill, a Junior High School student during this years annual Mileage Marathon Challenge did close to 2000MPG in a little car he built that even looks a lot like the Aptera.
