Default When is Charging Complete?

If the charging "socket" on the Aptera is lit before the AC
is plugged in, perhaps it could be flashing when charging,
and then off (or back to steady on) when Charging is complete.

Or, if On steady before and while charging, but flashing after
charging is over, and then off when the AC is disconnected.

Also, perhaps a small internal cabin light could follow this
on/off pattern, whatever it might be.

With this feature, one could then check (at night) to see if the
AC is still connected as expected, and if the charging is still taking
place or finished ... with just a glance at the vehicle from any
angle, even from inside the house or from a motel room, as long
as one could see the vehicle itself.

I have a small tweak to that, instead of doing different things with the dome lights, use thos small lighted disks on opposing "corners" of the vehicle

Changing glow patterns works well for the Roomba. I think they handled that well there. A very slow, gentle oscillation in brightness while charging, and then it stays steady once it finishes. They also use different colors of light, but I don't think that's needed.

As any ibook owner knows, there is a thin translucent ring around the plug that goes into the laptop. When it's orange, it's charging; when it turns light green, it's at 100%.

So pretty!

Some kind of light flashing either on the connector or inside the car would be very cool, but I am going to be parked/charging out in the driveway. I would hate to draw any unwanted attention to the car at night. I will be installing security camera to protect the car when I am not around.

With a flashing dome light, its totally going to look like a space ship at night .
